CIESOL had a prominent presence at the 2025 European Researchers’ Night, held on September 26th.
The various groups within CIESOL brought their research closer to the public through outreach activities, demonstrations, and talks on strategic areas such as solar energy, sustainability, water, energy efficiency, and clean technologies. Activities included: “Automatic Control: Discover the Hidden Technology”, “The Almería Solar Platform: Working for a Sustainable Water Future”, “COOLSPACES4LIFE: Solar Cooling to Mitigate Climate Change”, “Wastewater, Our Most Precious Resource”, “Discover the World of Algae: Solutions for a Sustainable Future”, “Sun and Water Against Cancer”, and “Emerging Contaminants and Water Reuse”.
Through this participation, CIESOL reinforces its role as a scientific and technological reference in the field of renewable energy, helping to raise awareness about the importance of research in addressing current environmental and energy challenges.
