CIESOL welcomes the visit of Dr. Abdoulaye Thiam

CIESOL has received the visit of Dr. Abdoulaye Thiam, researcher at the University Institute for Research and Development of the Metropolitan Technological University (UTEM) in Chile. His one-month stay is part of the international mobility scholarship program of the Ibero-American Postgraduate University Association (AUIP).

During his visit, Dr. Thiam delivered a seminar entitled “Emerging Electrochemical Technologies for Water Treatment: Innovation and Challenges”, where he shared the latest advances in the use of electrochemical processes to address one of the world’s greatest challenges: sustainable water management.
