Summary
The objective of this contract is the investigation, by the Solar Water Treatment unit of the PSA-CIEMAT and the Environmental Analysis unit of CIESOL, of the most suitable technology for the elimination of phytosanitary products present in banana washing water to avoid their contamination by fungi after cutting them in the harvesting process. Specifically, the environmental analysis group has carried out the analysis, in real water samples, of the degradation of the pollutant Azoxystrobin.
